Spell: The Look for Less- Goodnight Macaroon

If you’re like me, you have Chanel taste and a Target budget. Therefore, ya gotta get creative when you love a certain style!

I’ve been obsessed with the look of Spell dresses for years, but most of their dresses range anywhere from $250-$500. They have such beautiful patterns, flow, and ease- and I wanted to recreate that same look, but for a more affordable price point.

To start my Spell: The Look for Less series, I want to highlight this midi dress by Goodnight Macaroon.

I’m wearing the “Layla Tie Front Maxi Dress” in the color blue ($79). I originally only ordered this stunning turquoise shade, but once it arrived and I fell in love, I decided to order the other two colors it comes in! (Don’t fix what ain’t broke).

I love the fit and style of this dress. It hits at the perfect length, and the sleeves are a flutter style and ends just below the elbows. For reference, I wear a size Medium and I’m five foot 7.

As mentioned earlier, I did cave and ordered the other two colors it comes in (which doesn’t make this dress affordable anymore, oops). The other two colors are this beautiful muted peachy orange shade and the color ‘Light’ is like a muted green with muted pink in it.

Honest review of the fit: It does run on the smaller side. If you have a larger chest, this option may not be the best for you since it doesn’t necessarily stretch and it is quite tight across the chest even in the Medium for me.
