Fave Thanksgiving Outfits

Agh! How in sam heck is it already Thanksgiving time?! I finally convinced my sweet husband to put up the Christmas decor and it hit me that we only have 7 weeks left of 2020.
Just wild.
I’ve been coming across so many beautiful outfit ideas for Turkey Day and wanted to share them all with you. I’m more of a dressy dresser when it comes to Thanksgiving, but I also appreciate a comfy pair of leggings and oversized sweater while eating a ton of turkey and gravy.
Below are my top favorite outfits for Thanksgiving (and a few photos of me styling the outfits!) for both the dressy type and the casual type.
Dressy:
Sweater Dresses
I love love love sweater dresses and knee high or over the knee boots. I found this dress from Amazon($34) and it comes in 7 colors. I got it in a size M and it fits amazingly! This is an excellent option if you want a tighter fitting outfit for Thanksgiving.

I also love wearing corduroy or tweed for Thanksgiving! I found this sweet brown corduroy dress from one of my new favorite small boutiques, Flourish in Frills. Corduroy is classic, you can dress it up or down depending on your personal style.

Casual:
I have really been all in on the shacket trend (shirt and jacket), so I wanted to share 3 fun shacket options for your next Thanksgiving dinner!
I love this black corduroy shacket paired with my favorite soft sweater from Leela & Lavender. I wanted to dress the look of the corduroy down for combat boots, so I paired it with combat boots from Madewell and faux leather pants from Abercrombie.

Hope everyone has the best Thanksgiving! I’ll be working on gift guides over the next few weeks. I know a lot of people are in similar boats to mine where you can really afford to spend under $50 for close friends and some family, and maybe a bit more for significant others.
